How to run webrtcsink, gstwebrtc-api / with 2 webpack servers - for http: and https:

Hi Folks.

I have made great progress using the webrtcsink workflow with the supplied gstwebrtc-api signalling server and webpack config.  I have been able to configure webpack to either run under https as is the default, or by some small changes to webpack config to run under http

I have 2 workflows running at the same time, and I really want to make both http and https available at the same time (I dont need camera access in the http workflow).  

It would be great if webpack could support http and https on the same server, but I have not had any luck with that, so I am happy to use 2 different ports for the http and https

Could anyone with more webpack expertise advise how to run 2 x webpack servers, one with each of the working configurations I have tested individually.
