Hi,

The rtpbin element doesn't directly do FEC, those are implemented in
separate elements that are meant to be combined. The Pro-MPEG FEC was
standardized as SMPTE ST2022-1, which is afaik, exactly the same thing.
We have this implemented in GStreamer by the rtpst2022-1-fecenc and
rtpst2022-1-fecdec elements.
