anongit.freedesktop.org down?

Hi,

I am unsure if this is the right mailing list for this issue, but I am building an old version of gstreamer-plugin-base and cannot seem to fetch the common submodule. It appears anongit.freedesktop.org<http://anongit.freedesktop.org> is down. Can anybody confirm this issue?
