Timeline for GStreamer support with Android NDK r27

Hello GStreamer developers,

I am trying to build GStreamer for Android using NDK r27 and I could not
find any official binaries or release notes mentioning support for this NDK
version.

Could you please let me know if there is any plan or timeline for official
GStreamer binaries supporting NDK r27?
Any guidance on building GStreamer with NDK r27 would also be greatly
appreciated.
