I am trying to make a unit test sort of thing that looks at audio and tries
to determine if it is "clean" (what that means is to be determined, but I
think I am on the right track).

I am kinda floundering, I am hoping someone can understand what I am doing
and understand what I am looking for in the way of help.

This gives me something nice to look at:

gst-launch-1.0 audiotestsrc freq=8820 ! spectrascope ! videoconvert !
autovideosink

I would like something that my python code also thinks is nice. But the
numbers I am getting aren't as nice. I think.

https://github.com/CarlFK/veyepar/blob/master/tests/gst/gst-spectrum.py

The interesting numbers:

-56.050777435302734
-58.094539642333984
-35.57657241821289
-15.861119270324707
-14.443975448608398
-29.120201110839844
-56.85686111450195
-56.68980407714844

I am hoping for something squarer.

I think it is just a matter of the right freq and bands?

But I'm only mostly sure that's what I need. Anyone understand what I am
looking for?
