My own scrap

Hello hdot264-devel,

I don't tell this before, but few days ago I was trying to write
something similar to openhdot264 with using plain C and structures. I
never end this code, but most of procedures is implemented. This code
is ugly, non-optimalized and there is no cosmetic changes. Maybe
something will be useful in the new version of hdot.

PS. I write this code under DEV-C++. I don't know about compiling this
code in MSVS or clean GCC.
