 For the moment,  I'm not really confident with the  h264 codec and it's
pretty hard to imagine  how to start (I don't know if I  am the only one
in this  case but...)  I would  really love if  people that  had already
worked on  h264 could help  us to start, and  design at least  the first
steps... (like describing in which order things should be done, ...)
