regarding CAVLC

Hi all

 

I am currently working in H.264 encoder. I am having the standard
ISO/IEC 14496-10, and I searched for the white paper of CAVLC.

I was able to down load the document JVT-C028 (filename JVT-C028.doc).
Tables which ISO/IEC 14496-10 mentions in Table 9-5 (coeff_token mapping
to TotalCoeff and trailing ones) (page number 160) is different from the
table made in JVT-C028 (filename JVT-C028.doc).

Can any one help in searching for other white papers, or the white paper
from which the Table 9-5 (coeff_token mapping to TotalCoeff and trailing
ones) (page number 160 of standard ISO/IEC 14496-10) was made.
