Can I use HDot264 library for real time SIP applications?

Hi,

My name is Joegen E. Baclor and I am the author of another opensource 
project called OpenSIPStack (http://www.opensipstack.org).  Yesterday, I 
was browsing SF for libraries I could use for with SIP mobile 
applications and I came across this project.  I have a few questions:

1.  How stable is the library?  How is it in comparison with FFMpeg?
2.  Is encoding and decoding efficient enough to be used for real time 
SIP applications?
3.  The license seems to be missing?   What are the restrictions, ( if 
any ), if I decide to use it with OpenSIPStack.
