Hi there!

    I checked-in openhdot264 in the CVS server.  I'm using a WIN box and the
source code is full of tab characters and CR/LFs.  Question: Besides 'dos2unix'
to convert line ends, which command could i use to translate all TABs to
4 characters? ( i'm using Cygwin)
