	overall, I found these tutorials very clear. Thanks a lot!
	Maybe it could be interesting to describe a little bit
	more the mb layout (and their availability for prediction)
	alluded to by section "6.4" of the draft, which is quite
	obfuscated and hard to understand.
	Or maybe is it out of the scope of your white papers?
