okay, now it's dated April 2nd and called 

# Title:  Draft ITU-T Recommendation and Final Draft International Standard
# of Joint Video Specification (ITU-T Rec. H.264 | ISO/IEC 14496-10 AVC)
# Status:  Approved Output Document of JVT

That's better than nothing. But of course it's still in Word .doc
format. Could maybe somebody download

ftp://ftp.imtc-files.org/jvt-experts/2003_03_Pattaya/JVT-G050.zip

and convert it to PDF? My StarOffice is too old for this, too many
formulas and image are lost. :(
