5.5ImageMagick 5.5.1 released

ImageMagick 5.5.1 is released.  It is primarily a bug fix release
against the 5.4.9 version.  See ImageMagick-5.5.1/ChangeLog.txt for a
detailed list of changes.  You can download source and binaries from
