Looking for a sponsor to purchase Windows Development Tools

ImageMagick Studio LLC is looking for a sponsor to purchase one or two
copies of Visual .NET or MSDN subscriptions.  For the next release, the
ImageMagick team is concentrating on the Windows environment including
a new installer, threading, and a COM object.  To make this possible we
need to get Windows development tools in the hands of our developers.
Most of the developers have access to freely available tools under the
Linux/Unix environment such as GNU configure, gcc, etc.  However, most
of us do not have Window tools other than cripple-ware (although we do
have access to Windows computers).

We'd like to roll the ImageMagick Windows enhancements out by September 1.
So please act quickly if you have an interest in providing us with
development tools.
