It's also a good way to confuse and annoy your legitimate E-mail users. If 
there's anything more annoying than spam, it's the stupid, annoying and 
prohibitive measures that various people and organisations go into to try to 
prevent it. 

I also noticed that your E-mail client starts a new thread upon every reply, 
instead of setting the "In-Reply-To:" headers appropriately, and that you have 
a tendency to selectively quote only extremely small parts of my message, 
which makes a lot of the context to be lost. I guess you can feel that I'm 
annoyed.

According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JIRA - it is not open-source. Oh 
well. And quoting my context:

As you see, setting up a hosted project for ImageMagick at a software 
development hub, while getting a bug-tracker in the process, will not require 
a lot of time, and it will prove to be beneficial very quickly.
