Your bug report should go to the gcc folks as recommended in the log (see http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html). Try downloading ImageMagick 6.6.2-10 from ftp://ftp.imagemagick.org/pub/ImageMagick/ and let us know if that compiles. We build ImageMagick regularly on a MinGW/mSYS system and look for problems but so far it builds without complaints. We do not have access to the system right now or we would report our version of gcc (we think its gcc 4.4).
