Magick++ under Dev-Cpp ?

Hello!
I'm running Dev-C++ 6.10.1 and I'd like to make something with Magick++ 
but I don't know where to get it/the devpak.
I was using Magick++ under Debian Linux, there it was no problem to 
install it.
Does someone has an idea?
