Yes, I've tried 8.6 and still see the rendering problem. The problem is with Form fields that have newlines in the text. Xpdf and Acrobat will put in a newline, whereas Ghostscript does not. Also Ghostscript doesn't see to know how to deal with Helvetica-Bold as a font in a form (but not really their fault since the pdf says its HeBo, which I can't find a reasonable explanation for in the PDF spec.)
