Hmmm.. Ok. try...
convert rose: -modulate 100,20,130 rose.png
The first is 'brightness' then saturation, then hue
all value use 100 for no change, the first and second are then
multipliers, while the hue goes from 0 to 200
I'll update its doumentation, though it may take a couple of days to
appear.
