PostScript delegate under Windows

Hi,

I am wondering how exactly this PostScript-Delegate business works (in a
Windows environment). I have it running on several Windows machines
without problems, but on our server (Windows 2000) I can't get it
running properly.

I assume that I have to install GPL GhostScript first and than install
ImageMagick. GPL PostScript does not set any DOS environment variables;
it doesn't even extend the default search path. It however writes into
the registry, AFAIK.

If I list the delegates by

convert -list delegate

it usually lists gswin32c.exe with its full pathnames. On those Windows
2000 maschine it however lists the naked filename, without its full path.

What could have gone wrong during the installation, and how could I
possibly fix it?
