New version of the Usage under Windows webpage

A Happy New Year to all of you,

between the years I have corrected, rewritten and extended the 'Usage 
under Windows' section of the IM website, which is usually available at 
http://www.imagemagick.org/Usage/windows.

As Anthony Thyssen is absent for a few months, I have just uploaded a 
preliminary version of the new webpage to 
http://www.unfallrekonstruktion.de/imagemagick/windows.html.

The new version now also gives an introduction to using IM's command 
line tools in VBscript, based on several (hopefully) instructive examples.

As the last version of the page (stemming from May 2009) obviously had 
some flaws (to put it politely), any feedback (via e-mail to 
[email protected]) is appreciated.
