Download / install the ImageMagick Windows binary distribution (see
http://www.imagemagick.org/script/binary-releases.php#windows).  Go to
c:/Program Files/ImageMagick-6.5.8-10-Q16/Magick++_demos.  Now click on
the Button workspace.  Build and execute.  Now use the Button workspace as
a model for your own project.
