convert png with transparency to jpg

i want convert this png to jpg:http://makemusic-asia.com/w.png i use the command :"convert w.png w1.jpg", but i found that the transparency turn into black:http://makemusic-asia.com/w.jpg then i use "convert -transparent white w.png w1.jpg", but i got the same image, i have searched transparen in http://www.imagemagick.org/Usage/channels/, and googled but found nothing can help. -- contact me: MSN: [email protected],[email protected] GTALK: [email protected] QQ:25329680
