Hello, As I am digging deeper into my problem I can offer more information: Whenever a customer reported such an error, I can see the following entry in the Apache log file: GetList: UnrecognizedType 13 This error is reported in Magic.xs of PerlMagick. Does anyone know what a Type 13 is? The error cannot be reproduced by one and the same image file. An image which produces an error works fine the next time it is uploaded. Thank you.
