In the bottle!

Hello!
I know this is not the right place, but I try with this whishes.

I wonder if there is someone who has an idea how to perform the 
following collage.

My desire is to "make" or take a picture of a bottle.
The downside of taking a picture, is that you even get the "backside" of 
the bottle
(If you don't have access to a half-bottle - and I haven't at this time)

Since my desire is to bring a different image / figure in the bottle.
(Can be a boat / person a flower or anything else)

I feel that the bottle is difficult for me - I don't know how to think?

How to make a bottle as a "sketch" so it feels like a bottle to look at
(I can also make the picture as a sketch)
