Spot color images

Hi,

I have a bunch of grayscale images I'd like to turn into single-tone and
duo-tone images. This images will be included in a scribus document,
which is not cmyk but 2 pantone colors. So it is not only about the
visual result, but it is also about the color seperation at RIP. How
would you do this? Thanks.
