Downloading the tar.gz

Hi all. If you can believe it, I'm having trouble even downloading 
the source...

I'm using Internet Explorer. I go to http://www.imagemagick.org/, 
click on the Wizard to get the list of ftp sites.

But no matter which one I click on, it takes forever, then finally 
says "Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the 
file name correctly and that you have permission to access the 
folder. Details: the FTP session was terminated".

And if I try to access "http://imagemagick.sourceforge.net/", the 
win2k directory is not there to get the Windows version.

Help! Why am I so stupid???  :-)

Oh, I just remembered that my ISP changed, and requires that I set 
up a proxy...I wonder if that has something to do with it. Thanks 
for whatever help you can provide. Maybe someone could post the 
win2k version of ImageMagick-5.4.7.tar.gz on this site under Files?
