Well, the problem is gone with this morning's package update...

I've updated (among other not relevant packages) :

libavcodec-dev 3:20081230-0.0 -> 3:20090108-0.0
libavdevice52 3:20081230-0.0 -> 3:20090108-0.0
libavfilter0 3:20081230-0.0 -> 3:20090108-0.0
libavutil-dev 3:20081230-0.0 -> 3:20090108-0.0
ffmpeg 3:20081230-0.0 -> 3:20090108-0.0

Now, I can use kino normally. This problem was probably due to a lack
of synchronisation between Debian and Marillat's repositories.
