dvgrab make test pattern?

I am trying to make it easy for someone else to replicate the kernel panic I 
found: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/317227

currently I need 2 firewire cameras/ports, or 1 fw and a .dv file I can play in 
a loop.  except sometimes "play in a loop" doesn't happen.  and not everyone has 
a .dv file handy, and somehow attaching even a 5mb .dv sample file seems rude. 
plus it is one more step in an already annoying setup.

So it would simplify things a bit if I could do dvgrab --testpattern and have it 
  generate some sort of dv stream.  a big blue screen is fine. color bars good too.
