Err, some more context:  That's Linus Torvalds rather than Dan Dennedy
because the fix changes the kernel, not dvgrab or a library.  Whether
that fix goes automatically into the Ubuntu kernel later through
kernel.org's 2.6.27.y series or gets picked up earlier via the launchpad
bug ticket depends on the Ubuntu kernel maintainers.
