Open a single file with this problem.
Use Export / Audio, and export the entire audio track as WAV.
Go to FX. Enter '99999' in the To field of the Overwrite range. When
you tab away, it will automatically set it to the duration of the
clip.
Choose Dub from the Audio Filters.
Set an offset in the Dub parameters.
Preview by clicking the Play button.
When satisfied, click Render. This should go fairly quick because
there is no Video Filter.
Test playback in the Edit mode.
Note the filename of the newly rendered clip in the Properties panel.
Quit, delete the old clip, and rename the generated clip as the old file.

Fun, eh? Kdenlive 0.7.3 lets you split the audio from the video onto
separate tracks on the timeline and ungroup them for manual tweaking -
without having to render an intermediate file.

I have no idea how you were able to create a DV MOV that was not
readable by Kino. I have never seen that problem before. The routine
to load a MOV immediately after a capture is the same as the one use
from the File menu, toolbar, and keyboard shortcuts.
