It depends upon if you use Export > Other and your version of ffmpeg.
As the ffmpeg command line options change, there have to be updates to
Kino. I try to be backwards compatible, however. So, theoretically,
you can upgrade Kino and not worry too much about an older version of
ffmpeg. It is more a problem when you upgrade ffmpeg and not Kino.
Other than that, since development has stopped, there is not a whole
lot to gain by upgrading.
