dvgrab questions and problems

So I got kino working with my camcorder... I can see the exact same thing on the kino capture screen as on my camcorder. However, when I run dvgrab i get the error no camera exists....

Any tips?

Also, a question on the features of dvgrab. Is it possible to output as a stream while capturing (real-time) or must I output it as one single file at the end of capture?

My team is trying to develop some code for real time camcorder to screen display. I need to stream the video data for processing right before it gets to the screen.
