./configure cann't find libdv

Hi all,

Can anybody help with compiling kino on FC12_64, please?

Running "./configure" I get
checking for LIBDV... configure: error: Package requirements (libdv >= 0.103) were not met:
No package 'libdv' found

But running "yum install libdv" I get
Package libdv-1.0.0-8.fc12.x86_64 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do

And running "find / -name libdev" I get:
/usr/local/src/cinelerra-4.1/quicktime/thirdparty/libdv-0.104/libdv
where inside the directory there are 65 files...

I tried to set PKG_CONFIG_PATH and read the man pages but probably
I haven't understood them correctly/ :((

Could you please advise how to tell ./configure where to find it?
