sorry, wasn't at my desk when I answered and figured it was easy to find: go to Export/Other choose Tool: Xvid MPEG-4 AVI Single Pass (MEncoder) second Profile option: High Quality Full Size 2240 kb/s don't ask me what any of it actually means ;) but you can also try other profiles to compare the output to see which suits your purpose better.
