Re: Lost frames, or what else?

Dear Shlomo,

at present I'm not sure that jumps happens always at the same places. As
I said in my answer to Carl, maybe not so clearly, I'm trying to capture
the same tape for the third or the fourth time, and I can say almost for
sure that the most problems happen at the same places, but not exactly
at the same frames. I would say that some "regions" of the tape are
showing the same problems as in the previous tests.

I will try tomorrow to change the firewire card. As someone suggested,
it's worth a try.

Finally, I think that your client would have been rather angry if you
showed him a result like the one I get!
