Re: Lost frames, or what else?

Hi Andrea,

I seem to recall that my dropped frames also occurred after 30 to 35 min,
but I will review later and get back to you.

I must emphasize to the others, in this list, that I was capturing directly
from a Sony HC9. No Canopus.

I also recall that the number of frames dropped matched Andrea's dropped
frames.

Fortunately I was able to cut the scene at that point. My work is more
documentary, so even camera shake is somewhat acceptable (at times!). But
yes, it was worrisome. I must say, however, that Kino, in my humble opinion,
beats out my old version (6) of iMovie on my ailing Mac. Especially since it
is so much easier to title with time and date stamp with Kino.
