Try launching kino from the command line and specifying the files that way.

For example, if your dv files in are /my/dv/files and are named with a
.dv extension, do this:

1: run a terminal

2: type cd /my/dv/files and press enter
then type kino *.dv and press enter

Importing them one by one will take forever (maybe longer).

Is there a way to bulk import a bunch of DV files into Kino?

Thank you
