Yeah time is always an issue. Thought I'd try making an RSS feed anyway. Attached is an XML file which seems to work in itTunes with the three podcasts that are on the linuxMovies website. You just need to upload it to the server and then point iTunes to that address (Advanced> Subscribe to podcast) to subscribe.
