There are a number of good motion trackers aviable. For professional use 
check out the standard ones:

PFTrack + PFHoe:   http://www.thepixelfarm.co.uk/

Also worth noting is the free Voodoo Camera Tracker:

These are all good and have their pros and cons. Like Boujou is 
relativly easy to setup, while 3D Equalizer has more manual tweaking 
possiblities. PFHoe might work for you, if DV quality is sufficent. Most 
companies offer free trials so you can check which package is more 
suitable for your footage.
