Heads Up: First Notice on Meeting of "Linux Advocates"

Some of us have been talking for a while about forming a new kind of
Linux group in the Los Angeles area. This group would bridge the gap
between progressive movements and the Linux community and explore the
social and political aspects of Open Source and the Internet as well as
the technical aspects.

For a first meeting I have acquired the main room at the Tom Bradley
Youth & Family Center,  5213 West Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90019 for
Wednesday, February 7, 2007 7:00-9:00pm.
