Actually, no.. if you actually _read_ the site you'll see that all issues are
not resolved.  The remaining issues have just been considered small enough that
it doesn't warrant continued suspension of the whole project..

They still have some complaints with Sigma regarding placing copyrights on
unmodified files, and some untrue/misleading statements which have been made by
Sigma Designs.  Also, technically, SD has no right to use or distribute XviD
code under any terms (including GPL) anymore, because their prior infraction
automatically resulted in a revocation of their license under the GPL (one of
the seldom-noticed clauses in the GPL), and the XviD folks never relicensed the
code to them..
