Actually, no.. if you actually _read_ the site you'll see that all issues are not resolved. The remaining issues have just been considered small enough that it doesn't warrant continued suspension of the whole project.. They still have some complaints with Sigma regarding placing copyrights on unmodified files, and some untrue/misleading statements which have been made by Sigma Designs.
