Promotion of the MCF project on sourceforge

To find more developers helping with the big number of tasks i was following
a hint from Alex Stewart and promoted the MCF project on sourceforge.net.

You can find my advertising here https://sourceforge.net/people/ , by
searching for the last entries or by listing all requests for development
help.

To allow interested developers to participate in the work i also took the
time to add a few important subproject categories ( to be found here :
https://sourceforge.net/pm/?group_id=47402 ) and i added a number of tasks
to each subproject.

For all ongoing developments i also assigned a developer ( mainly robux4,
kromyx , spyder and milkman.dan ), so that the guys are aware of what they
have to do  ....
