This file is saving the processing settings from TMPEGencoder, its not a 
video file. Gene, i am sorry, but we are in development of opensource 
multimedia software, and all our private time goes into that, so i cant 
answer complete newbie questions like this one. Please turn to a newbie 
place for video encoding, like http://virtualdub.everwicked.com or 
http://digital-digest.com .
