Re: MCF board went to www.corecodec.com - sector split

The 'Technical Discussion' forum was split in 2 parts now, a main section
( the existing one ) and a new one titled  'low priority and future
developments' .

This new sector was created to make it easier for dev people to distinguish
between important stuff for current MCF specs and future orientated
discussion with low priority.

We can rename the sectors to whatever we like, i just didnt have the time to
think about a new name for both yet.
