Great idea.  If we get too many members I could make us a voting servlet but
that's not needed with this few people I think.

I would suggest that for 3 options you require at least more than 50% for
one option to decide the winner.  If it falls below this, the two options
with the highest votes go back up for final decision.  If you use the
propsed plan of having 40% you are missing the fact that 60% of the team
wanted something else.  I don't think it should be that way.

What about MCF for Java?  It is a vital part of MilkmanDan's work BTW. (If
he decides to use it anyway)

I can help out with the forum mangement and Public Relations stuff.  I don't
know much about list administration but if you could tell me what to do
Chris, I could try.  I also volunteer to be head of Java development for MCF
since I think MilkmanDan's time will be limited once he gets into -Gemma
development.  My end should slow down after the initial release of
MCF4Java(hopefully soon after Steve gets the specs updated).  But again if
MilkmanDan has the time and wants the position he can have it.  He was here
before me after all.
