Could be an option. But since MPC decoders are supposed to handle all 
SVx only one would be needed.

That's the other part of the question : if SV8 = MCF the Transor won't 
need to handle SVx internally but just coding/decoding.
The SVx to MCF conversion should be handled differently. No real need 
for transors here. They will only be used for raw framing (no 
coding/decoding involved).
