Mesa 10.2.1 release

Mesa 10.2.1 has been released!  Mesa 10.2.1 is an emergency release to
fix a build failure added to 10.2 between 10.2-rc5 and the final
release.  There are no other code changes.

Sorry for the commotion. :(

The tag in the GIT repository for Mesa 10.2.1 is 'mesa-10.2.1'.  I have
verified that the tag is in the correct place in the tree.

Mesa 10.2.1 is available for download at
ftp://freedesktop.org/pub/mesa/10.2.1/

I have verified building from the .tar.bz2 file by doing the following
on my aging Fedora 18 system:

tar -xjf Mesa-10.2.0.tar.bz2
cd Mesa-10.2.0
./configure --enable-gallium-llvm
make -j6 && make check
make install

Since Laurent Carlier first discovered the problem, I also verified that
we was able to build the radeonsi driver with the fix.
