Missing header in mesa7.0?

Hello,

I just downloaded mesalib 7.0, and compiling it gives this error:

t_save_api.c
\sdk\Mesa-7.0\src\mesa\tnl\t_save_api.c(79) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open 
include file: 't_save_api.h': No such file or directory

I don't see that header anywhere in the distribution.
