Mesa 7.0.2 release candidate 2

Second release candidate at http://www.mesa3d.org/beta/

Since rc1:
   added -fPIC and -fno-strict-aliasing flags for gcc
   applied a few patches (mmx code, edgeflag ptr check)
   r200 texture from pixmap fixes
